Cosmetic Breast Surgery Services
Because we all come in such different shapes and sizes there is no “one size fits all” for breast surgery. Some women are 100% happy with their figures, but for the rest of us, there are aspects of our body we would love to improve.
When it comes to breast problems I am passionate about finding out about your concerns, and how I can help.
I pride myself on trying to explain the process of surgery in a way that is easy to understand and with a manner that makes you feel able to ask questions- no matter how simple or complex.
Breast augmentation surgery increases the size of the breast, often with a silicone implant placed directly under the breast tissue or under the breast and chest wall (pectoralis major) muscle. Implants can be round or tear-drop shaped and are available in a wide range of widths and volumes.
Breast reduction procedures are ideal for breasts that are too large or heavy, often for women who feel out of proportion or “top heavy”. Having a reduction can also improve back pain, posture, bra strap grooving on the shoulders and chronic infections on the underside of the breast.
For breasts that have succumbed to gravity, a breast lift, or mastopexy can reshape the breast, lift the nipple and reduce the size of the areola if required.
Removal of Breast Implants
For women who have had previous implant surgery some wish to consider having their implants removed, with or without removal of the capsule. Implants can be exchanged for new implants or removed permanently, sometimes with breast uplift to help give a natural breast shape.
